Our Program
At Parkview Elementary, we do all that we can to bring out the best in every child by providing a nurturing school atmosphere, building and enhancing attitudes of self-esteem, and making learning exciting and relevant.
to help every child develop academically, psychologically and physically by relating basics to daily life stimulating thought processes through appropriate instruction; by establishing and maintaining the rights and respect for all individuals and property; and by providing a safe and positive environment.
Accelerated Reader Goes Home! We have now added a new feature to the Accelerated Reader program called Home Connect. This is a fun, easy-to-use, easy-to-understand feature that allows you and your child to view his/her AR progress from home or any other place that has an internet connection. An informational letter explaining how you can access your child’s records was sent home.

7:00 AM Before School Program Begins (Fee Program) 7:45 AM All Teacher's Arrive 7:50 AM Students come on campus (NOTE: Any student arriving on campus prior to 7:50 AM will be sent to the before school care program and a fee will be charged.) 8:10 AM Morning routines begin 8:15 AM Tardy Bell Rings (Students must be in the classroom ready to begin work)
12:40-1:20 PM No Check Outs (12:45-1:15 Recess) 3:00 PM Early Check Out Ends 3:32 PM Dismissal Begins for Walkers and Carpoolers 3:47 PM Teacher Day Ends
